Tenpace Health Beta Terms

These terms supplement the general Tenpace Terms of Service and govern your use of Tenpace Health. By completing setup, you agree to both documents and confirm that you are at least 18.
What Tenpace Health is
Tenpace Health is a consumer wellness tool for recording training, nutrition, measurements, routines, and goals. Bel, its Agent, can help interpret natural-language entries, organize records, and suggest next steps. Features may change substantially during the beta.
Not medical advice or emergency care
Health is not a doctor, dietitian, physical therapist, medical device, diagnostic service, or emergency service. Information and AI output may be incomplete or wrong and is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Do not use Health to diagnose or treat a condition. Seek urgent medical help through local emergency services when needed.
Your responsibility
- Use judgment before changing exercise, diet, supplements, or healthcare based on information in Health.
- Stop an activity and seek appropriate care if you experience pain, faintness, injury, or another concerning symptom.
- Keep your Tenpace account secure and provide information you have the right to submit.
- Review Agent-created entries and correct mistakes; you remain responsible for decisions and records.
AI features
AI processing requires a separate acknowledgement to complete initial Health setup. You can withdraw it later in Settings and continue using available manual tracking features. AI output is probabilistic, may vary, and can misunderstand speech, quantities, or context. Optional Agent voice notes are transcribed before the Agent handles them; review the displayed transcript and any resulting entries. Tenpace may apply usage limits, safety controls, and model changes. You may not use the Agent to generate harmful, unlawful, or abusive content or to probe other users’ information.
Circles, automatic support, and shared items
Circle features let adults share activity and selected records with invited members. Recipes, saved ingredients, and meal entries start fully shared when you join. Workouts start private. You can change category and item settings at any time. Only invite people you trust, keep invitations secure, and review your sharing settings. Do not create a Circle for a minor, add someone without their consent, or share information you do not have the right to use.
Pantry location recognition is optional and may be imprecise. Health only suggests a matching Pantry and requires you to confirm a switch. Review the Pantry name before accepting. Only register an address or recognition point you have the right to store, and only share a Pantry with adults you trust. A shared Pantry does not give another member control over your account or permission to change your saved foods.
Saving your Weekly Split automatically includes every active member of each Circle you belong to in private, pairwise support. Health may tell those members that your split changed and prompt them on active days when encouragement can help. By joining a Circle, you agree to participate in this automatic support for its active members. You can stop future support by leaving the Circle or removing a member when authorized. You can turn off Circle notifications separately. Members may check in or add a note but cannot change another person’s health records or resolve their plan.
Weekly Split changes apply to future generated open loops; moving one occurrence does not rewrite the split. Health may close a linked open loop when you complete the matching workout. You are responsible for reviewing automatically linked results and correcting a mistaken completion. Use Circle support to encourage, not shame, harass, diagnose, or control another person. Tenpace may remove abusive content or restrict Circle access. A check-in is not professional health or nutrition advice.
Health may automatically show completed shared workouts and closed open loops as private Circle Highlights, and summarize unique Weekly Split sessions in a collective weekly recap. Highlights exclude nutrition logs, measurements, missed days, skipped plans, and cancelled plans. A member may leave or remove one Cheer on another member’s shared workout. Recaps and Cheers are encouragement features, not rankings, competitions, or a measure of a person’s health or worth.
The private “Your rhythm” comparison uses only your own meaningful activity over equivalent week-to-date periods and is not a health score. You may also publish an upcoming Weekly Split activity as a shared session for active Circle members. Other members can join or leave, and the leader can cancel. Shared sessions are lightweight coordination, not supervised instruction, transportation, emergency monitoring, or a guarantee that anyone will attend. Participate within your abilities and make any location or safety arrangements outside Health.
Activity profiles
Activity-profile sections are visible to active members who share a Circle with you by default. You may hide any section from your Circle or make it Public, and you may separately enable a public profile link. A public profile can be viewed by anyone with the link and may be indexed or reshared outside Tenpace. Public Circle information is limited to an aggregate count, and Health excludes meals, macros, body measurements, limitations, skipped commitments, and supporter identities from the public profile. You are responsible for narrowing Circle visibility or enabling Public visibility when your preferences change.
Plans, allowances, and renewal
Tenpace Health plan prices and billing intervals are shown on the Plans & billing page. Free requires no payment method, has no expiration, and includes 15 successful Agent turns per UTC calendar month. Text, photo, and voice requests count equally after the Agent completes them; failed requests, scope-blocked requests, and idempotent retries do not consume another turn. Previously granted promotional trials remain valid until their stated end and then move to Tenpace Health Free unless you separately choose a paid plan. The general Tenpace Terms govern charges, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and referral credits.
Solo, Couple, and Family include expanded fair-use Agent access rather than a fixed monthly Free allowance. Safety, abuse-prevention, and operational rate limits still apply to every plan.
Solo covers one account. Couple covers two total Circle members. Family covers up to six total Circle members. Every invited adult keeps a separate account and private record and receives dependent paid access only while their Circle membership and the owner’s qualifying subscription remain active. Circle sharing controls and paid access are separate. The sharing defaults apply when someone joins a Circle, whether or not the paid plan changes.
A member may make an independent copy of an item you share with full visibility. Revoking access stops future viewing but does not delete a copy the member already chose to add to their own record. Circle owners can remove members and delete the shared space; members can leave at any time.
Your data
You retain rights in the information you submit. You grant Tenpace the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display it to operate the features you request. The Health Privacy Notice explains collection, AI processing choices, export, retention, and deletion.
Beta access and availability
Access is personal, invite-only, revocable, and currently provided without a service-level guarantee. We may limit usage, suspend access for security or abuse, change features, correct or remove data produced by a defect, or end the beta. We will try to provide reasonable notice when practical.
Acceptable use
Do not circumvent access controls, access another person’s data, interfere with the service, upload malware, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected service components, or use Health for an unlawful purpose.
Account termination
You may delete the Health account in the product without deleting your broader Tenpace account. Deleting Health sends a durable request to revoke dependent Circle access and, if you own a Health subscription, cancel its next renewal; Stripe billing records and any already-paid access period remain governed by the general Tenpace Terms. We may suspend or terminate Health access for a material breach, security risk, abuse, or legal requirement. The privacy notice describes deletion and backup retention.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or a particular health outcome. The limitations of liability and other general provisions in the Tenpace Terms of Service apply to Health.
